We lean on tools like somatic therapy, creative recovery, archetypal mapping & mindfulness. The journey is soothed by the timeless practices of Eastern philosophy & spiritual wisdom.
- The timeline: elect for either short or long-term support depending on your personal goals. Deep healing and sustained, embodied change require a number of months. And, this is a finite process and you will not be kept in therapy for years. Your aim is to reach your goals, and my aim is to help you live your goals.
