7 Days Of
Soul-Connection, Ascension & Transformation
With Shiri Zohar Godasi, Hannah Keren & Arezu Kaywanfar
Shechina, in the wisdom of Kabbalah, is the indwelling Divine Presence — the feminine aspect of holiness that lives within creation, within the body, within the earth, and within each soul.
She is the energy of connection, intuition, compassion, embodiment, and sacred remembrance.
In a world that often pulls women away from themselves, this retreat is an invitation to return: to soften, awaken, heal, and reconnect to the holiness already within.
Through Kabbalistic teachings, sisterhood and intentional plant medicine ceremony held in a sacred and grounded container, Shechina: Kabbalah Wisdom and Plant Medicine Retreat for Women is devoted to cultivating more Shechina and Kedusha — sacredness — in every participant’s life.
We will welcome Elul: the final month of the Jewish calendar, a time for Cheshbon Nefesh: deep self reflection, release, and spiritual preparation prior to the light of the coming high holidays.
The intention is not escape nor a quick fix, but long-lasting integration: bringing deeper presence, alignment, spiritual intimacy, and embodied holiness back into daily living, relationships, motherhood, creativity, and selfhood.
The retreat your neshama is yearning for
- Safe, trauma‑informed ceremonial space led by an expert team of Jewish female facilitators
-
Somatic, spiritual & soul-quenching practices to rewire habits, heal trauma, deepen your connection to Hashem & to your roots--positioning you towards exponential growth
-
Fully kosher meals, an ecstatic Shabbat in paradise, and sacred devotional rituals holding every atom of you
-
Nature excursions with a Jewish twist in the wild beauty of Costa Rica supporting your post-ceremony integration

A community of powerful neshamot gathering to alchemize, grow and bring new realities into life, together.
This retreat is for You: the woman that is ready to say YES to her role in these testing times and wants to embody the courage and voice to become it.
We designed this experience for You, the woman whom is:
- Seeking a space to explore your unique relationship with Judaism - away from your aunt's shabbat table
- Carrying burnout, stress, or trauma and longing for healing within your lineage
- Ready to close the door on victimhood identity and all of the stories that are holding you back from living in your vision board
- Feeling blocked or disconnected from her body or emotions and craving a total reset: soul, mind, body, relationships
- Seeking trauma‑informed support that doesn't gaslight our history, traditions and values
- Needing to excavate their worthiness and authentic selfhood from beneath the shrouds of modern-day dichotomies
- Ready to step away from daily life and give their Neshamah space to exhale and expand... Outside of the confines of space and time
- Desiring to experience first-hand the who they are in total alignment, individuation & elevation of their energy-and stabilize their nervous system to hold this light!
- Ready to step outside the chaos matrix and state OUT LOUD their desires, intentions and prayers to elevate their life on all levels: relationships, work, money, authenticity and joy
- You do not need to be Jewish or at any specific level of Jewish observance to attend this retreat; but an openness and desire to immerse in the light and wisdom of our traditions.
Goodbye confusion, stagnation & disconnection;
'Let's Glow' regulation, inspiration & freedom
In a uniquely-designed transformational arc guiding you into soul elevation & life integration
This retreat has been positioned at an auspicious timeline quadrant:
ELUL: THE MONTH OF RETURN
There are moments in the year when the veil is thin.
Rosh Chodesh Elul marks the beginning of one of those moments.
The final month of the Jewish year is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been beneath the noise, the conditioning, the fear, the distractions, and the stories that no longer serve you.
Elul is the sacred threshold between the year that was and the year that is waiting to be born.
It is a time for honest reflection. For releasing what has become too small for the person you are becoming. For healing old patterns. For reconnecting with your purpose. For preparing yourself—body, heart, mind, and soul—for the year ahead.
Jewish tradition teaches that during Elul, "The King is in the field." The Divine is closer, more accessible, and more available than at any other time of year. The gates of transformation stand open.
Every day of the retreat experience is intentionally designed to align with the spiritual arc of Elul itself: a journey from grounding and preparation, into courageous transformation, and finally into celebration, integration, and embodiment.
Not an escape from your life.
A return to it.
A return to yourself.
Sacred "Plant Medicine":
Psilocybin Fungi & Bufo (5-MeO-DMT)
For centuries, psilocybin-containing "magic" mushrooms and 5-MeO-DMT
(a psychoactive molecule found in the Sonoran Desert Toad) have used as tools for healing, spiritual insight, and personal transformation. Many people seek out these experiences when they feel stuck in recurring patterns, emotional pain, grief, anxiety, self-doubt, disconnection, or a loss of purpose and direction.
In recent years, scientific research has explored the potential of psilocybin to support treatment-resistant depression, end-of-life anxiety, addiction, PTSD-related symptoms, and overall psychological well-being. Early research on 5-MeO-DMT (the primary psychoactive compound in Bufo) has examined its potential effects on depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, life satisfaction, and feelings of connectedness and meaning.
Within a safe, intentional, and well-held container, these medicines can help bring unconscious beliefs, emotions, and patterns into awareness, creating opportunities for profound healing, self-understanding, and lasting change.
In our retreat, these medicines will be served not as the primary event of the week; rather, they are incorporated as catalysts to removing personal blocks amongst a number of other consciousness-elevating tools--making way for a stream of Ein Sof energy and preparing your vessel to receive and integrate Hashem's light.
While we request that all participants commit to the psilocybin ceremony, the Bufo ceremony is optional for those who wish to go deeper.
As part of our commitment to your safety, a powerful yet joyful ceremony (yes! Hannah Keren
Ceremonialist, medicine woman, and Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT)
Hanna Keren is devoted to weaving ancient wisdom into modern life. With a foundation in relational healing and depth psychology, her work bridges clinical training with sacred practice. During her undergraduate studies, Hannah conducted fieldwork with Bedouin desert communities in Israel, where she deepened her understanding of land-based living, oral tradition, and resilience rooted in culture and kinship.
Her path later led her to work with the Shipibo people of the Peruvian Amazon, where she apprenticed in the prayerful, plant-centered cosmology of their sacred technologies. Today, Hannah weaves the sacred technology of the Shipibo tradition with the sacred technology of Judaism—braiding song, ritual, plant wisdom, and embodied prayer into transformative ceremonies. She creates containers that honor ancestral lineages while inviting participants into direct, heart-centered relationship with the Divine.
