THE TIMELINE: you may elect for either short or long-term support depending on your personal goals. Deep healing, behavioral change and long-lasting results require a number of months. Though the process of self discovery is endless, our work together is for a season and you will not be kept in therapy for years: your aim is to reach your goals, and my aim is to help you live your goals, teaching you tools to carry you beyond codependency and through an empowered lifetime.

The broad-level process you can expect in our work together:

Screening & risk reduction, a thorough intake that paints a clear picture of who you are, the life you live, and the person you wish to become; while also unearthing the blocks that are preventing you from getting there.
"Matchmaking' you with the appropriate medicine (or medicines), dose and setting for your unique goals
Preparation: the foundation of integration. This step crucial for conditioning the mental and emotional bodies to allow a seamless opening, release and receiving in ceremony, with minimal psychological risk.
Navigation: real-time, ninja-level skills to help you cruise your ceremony, wether you journey alone, with a group or a facilitator.
Integration: recovery, processing of trauma and embodiment of key insights; behavioral and habitual change that will take your life to the next level.

The work completes when have reached and are thriving in your goals that we set at the start of our working relationship. For most clients this is a few months.
