The Psoul's Way Program
Week 1: Microdosing with Intention & Opening Ceremony
This week you will learn everything about how to microdose safely and with intention, guided through a curated microdosing protocol to ignite creativity. We will also open the program with a special ceremony by creating a collective altar, setting our shared intentions, and honoring our journey together.
Week 2: Introducing The Artist’s Way & Core Tools
You will be introduced to the timeless book The Artist’s Way, which will guide our creative recovery process. We will share the core tools of the program: a special journaling practice called morning pages, artist dates, and our weekly creative activations to nurture your process.
Week 3: Recovering a Sense of Safety
This week we will use clay to make a sacred vessel for the artist child within. We will lay the foundation for you to feel emotionally and creatively safe—so you can express yourself freely without fear or judgment.
Week 4: Recovering a Sense of Identity
On the quest to develop a new identity as a creative being, it is essential to observe and understand your current identity. This week we will explore the AAA method (Awareness, Acknowledgment, and Action) to identify creative blocks, self-sabotage, the inner critic, and distractions—helping you commit deeply to your unique creative self and build trust in your path.
Week 5: Recovering a Sense of Power
This week we will strengthen your ability to listen to and trust your intuition, empowering you to follow your inner creative guidance. Recovering a sense of power means gathering your energy and directing it towards your purpose. You will be guided through a powerful somatic session of meditative inner drawing to realign the flow of energy in your body.
Week 6: Recovering a Sense of Integrity
This week we will align your creative expression with your authentic self, enabling you to create from a place of truth and freedom. We will engage in a powerful mirror exercise to identify shadows, voices, and stories, eliminating internal dissonance and conflict, and bringing more cohesion, balance, and peace—ultimately creating a peaceful and balanced external life.
Week 7: Recovering a Sense of Possibility
After shedding many layers together, we are ready to get crystal clear on the vision for your life and creative work. This clarity will create focus and generate momentum and flow. This week we will open your heart and mind to new creative possibilities and help you dream bigger about your creative future.
Week 8: Recovering a Sense of Abundance & Closing Ceremony
Recognizing the abundance of resources and support available to you, we will come together at the beach in a despacho ceremony to express gratitude, celebrate your transformation, and set powerful intentions to embody the practices and awareness you have gained throughout the journey.

What our clients are saying

Lisa LaGuardia
During The Psoul’s Way, I experienced a powerful shift in seeing myself as and connecting with my divine, creative feminine power. I gave myself permission to truly fill my creative cup. This shift helped me respond to situations with more objectivity and compassion, have difficult conversations with greater ease, and embrace new perspectives. What I loved most was the weekly group accountability, the daily morning pages that helped me connect to myself each morning, and the permission to tap into my creative self. Overall, this program deeply supported my growth, and I’m definitely excited to join the next phase!

Julie Pudlowski
The Psoul’s Way gave me a deep sense of community and belonging—I realized I am not alone in this incredible life transition. Connecting with like-minded women and powerful facilitators was truly transformative. Microdosing became an incredible journey of self-discovery; it felt like completing a “microdosing and self-recovery 101,” and now I’m eager to go even deeper.
This program helped me let go of toxic relationships, affirm my self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate more self-love and inner guidance. I developed a stronger ability to trust my intuition, found deeper calm, and experienced less anxiety and guilt. It felt like ten years of therapy in a condensed, powerful experience, and I know my journey will continue beyond the program.
I couldn’t recommend this more—it’s about self-love, the gift of time, disconnection, and reconnection that every woman deserves.

Petra Sturcke
During The Psoul’s Way, I experienced a meaningful connection to myself. I became calmer, more patient, and more aware of my thoughts—sometimes even able to change old patterns. I found more joy in life and started prioritizing myself by doing things I truly enjoy. I wouldn’t change a thing about the program; it was amazing, though I was sad to miss the last beach session. What stood out most was Shiri’s and Isa’s deep knowledge of creativity and microdosing, which was both fascinating and helpful. This is the perfect program to support anyone on the journey of recovering their authentic self.

The Psoul’s Way showed me that sometimes what you fear isn’t as scary as it seems. The program reinforced for me that creativity isn’t just a superfluous activity—it’s essential for a well-lived life and brings abundance in many forms. Microdosing really helped lighten my fears and supported me in staying present. This program offers powerful tools to face fears and connect more deeply with the moment.

This program deeply reminded me of how powerful this kind of work is, and how supportive it can be to be part of a community. The weekly check-ins are beautiful, and the method itself feels sacred and valuable, serving as a meaningful gateway to deeper self-discovery. I really appreciated Isabel’s creative offerings and Shiri’s presence. You both held a kind, sacred, and reverent space during our weekly meetups, which made the experience even more meaningful.
One powerful realization I had during The Psoul’s Way was the importance and value of simply showing up. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions and be tempted to avoid the work, but once you push through that resistance and begin to engage, much of the struggle melts away. Relief and connection start to spark, opening the soul’s voice and support.

I began experiencing life with more presence and a stronger connection to myself and nature, cultivating more love and compassion along the way. The weekly structure was perfectly designed—it felt like a sacred ceremony.
For me, this program helped me reconnect to my Self and gently remove the blocks that were holding me back from being creative. It allowed creativity to truly flow into my life and become an integral part of who I am.
